Dr. Chinnaduria Devadson School-Based Health Center
The Dr. Chinnadurai school based health center currently provides services such as sick visits, well visits, physicals and sports physicals. Vaccine services are unavailable at the moment but will be offered soon. They provide health services for all Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) students. Business hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. At this time they are accepting scheduled appointments, not walk-ins. Please go to the website link below to complete the enrollment packet/ consent form. The school based health center serves as a more convenient option when children's primary care doesn't have any sooner appointments and when children can be seen during school hours. If patients are uninsured they offer the sliding scale, and the Charles County Department of Health (CCDOH) assists with health insurance enrollment. The clinic staff are extremely excited for this school based clinic to serve our (CCPS) students in the community and contribute to their development and overall well-being.
