For the taxable year beginning July 1, 2024, the Town Council of the Town of Indian Head proposes to increase real property tax rates from $0.3000 per $100 of assessment to $0.3400 per $100 of assessment.

A public hearing on the proposed real property tax rate increase will be held at 6:00pm on Monday, June 3, 2024, on GoToMeeting. If you are unable to attend the hearing but you would like to submit public comment, please submit your comments by no later than Friday, May 31, 2024 to the Town Hall located at 4195 Indian Head Highway, Indian Head, MD 20640 between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm, or submit them via email to annie@townofindianhead.org. All public comment received prior the meeting will be read under the public comment portion of the agenda.
