The Town of Indian Head Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 5:30pm on the GoToMeeting platform to receive comments from residents regarding the proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance Critical Area Regulations. The public can view the draft Ordinance at www.townofindianhead.org. Any resident who is unable to attend the virtual hearing who would like to submit comments can email them to annie@townofindianhead.org or drop them off at the Town Hall, located at 4195 Indian Head Highway, Indian Head, MD 20640 by no later than Monday, May 12, 2025. All comments will be read under the public comment portion of the public hearing agenda.
