Planning Commission Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Indian Head will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at the hour of 5:30pm on the GoToMeeting platform for the purpose of receiving comments on a Zoning Map Amendment (Rezoning). The proposed zoning map amendment includes amending the zoning classification of parcel 134, in the Town of Indian Head from the current zoning of R-2 (Single Family Residential, Medium Density) to R-M (Multi-Family Residential, High Density). The request is being made on behalf of Charles Landing Apartments, LLC. Copies of the application for zoning map amendment are available for review at the Town Hall, 4195 Indian Head Highway, Indian Head, MD, or on the Town’s website, www.townofindianhead.org.
Any resident who is unable to attend the virtual hearing who would like to submitcommentscan email them to annie@townofindianhead.org or drop them off at the Town Hall, located at 4195 Indian Head Highway, Indian Head, MD 20640 by no later than Wednesday, October 19, 2022. All comments will be read under the public commentportion of theagenda.
