Town of Indian Trail Head - Restroom Facility – This project includes the construction of a public restroom facility and picnic shelter in Village Green Park at the intersection of Cornwallis Square and Walter Thomas Road. The restroom measures approximately 25-feet by 27-feet, and the attached picnic shelter measures approximately 37-feet by 27-feet. Construction will also include all necessary underground utilities including water, sewer, storm drain, and electric/telephone services. Accompanying sidewalks, crosswalks, and parking spaces will also be constructed to provide ease of access to the facility.
